Hello, I bought your product from aliexpress with the model with the charging case, but I noticed that it is not original, when I plug the charging cable, the green light does not turn on and it does not have 15 days of endurance like yours and does not store power, it only charges the zikr ring and the charge is maximum 2-3 the day is going. That’s why I want to buy yours but you don’t deliver to Turkey. How can I get the product..? Please help me on this issue. Thank you
